The benefits from the sun are immense!

In men and modern women, a nice tan demonstrates independence and success. The matt and smooth skin color binds perfectly all garments, offering a healthy and youthful appearance that enhances individual self-esteem.

Hence the importance of a natural fast tan, but above all healthy! So it will be elementary tracking a set of basic rules:
Moderation: It is the key to success. Avoid exaggeration, controlling the time of exposure to the sun, avoiding burns, because ultraviolet rays dry the skin and age it.

Time: It is important to avoid the sun during the period between 12 and 4 p.m., as it is at this point that ultraviolet radiation is strongest and can harm your health.

Skin: The clearer your skin tone is, the less time you should be in direct sunlight.

Creams: A perfect tan does not invalidate the use of sun creams. On the contrary, they retain the moisture of the skin, preventing premature aging. The rates of protection of these creams are variable in a range between 3 and 50. Therefore, the lighter the skin is, the greater the protection factor must be.

Protection: During sun exposure it is advisable to wear a hat and sunglasses. This will prevent damage to the hair as well as the appearance of wrinkles around the eyes.

Position: In the sun, the body position should be changed every 10 minutes of exposure.

Shower: After sun exposure a shower should be taken and a moisturizing lotion applied.

Exfoliation: If your skin is not too sensitive, you can use a weekly scrub for the body. After usage, the skin becomes smoother, better absorbing the tan.

Following these advice you will have gone a long way towards a quick and beautiful tan. This should be complemented with the consumption of fresh juices and the use of various natural oils that we provide.
In the composition of these oils are included wheat, cocoa butter, avocado, coconut and palm, as well as vitamins, antioxidants and beta-carotene.

These oils nourish and moisturize the skin, stimulate the rapid production of melanin, creating a protective film, preventing aging.

Reflex medical experts consider that feet have a large number of active sites (both the inner side and the outer side) connected to the internal organs. The foot sole is one of the most powerful reflex areas of man. In one square centimeter plantar skin there are 1.5 times more mechanical and thermal sensory receptors than any in other square centimeter of other body part. Thermal receptors are responsible for maintaining the internal body temperature, regardless the room temperature.

Hence walking barefoot is very beneficial and it is hard to imagine an easier and more affordable procedure. Walking barefoot through the wet grass, as a result of rain, dew or simply irrigation, is particularly beneficial. The wetter the lawn and the longer you are walking on it, the better the results of this process to the body's resistance will be. The duration of these tours can be from 15 to 45 minutes and at the end you do not need to wipe your feet but put your shoes on immediately.

Barefoot walking can help not only to prevent colds, but also more complicated diseases such as hypertension, myocardial infarction and angina pectoris.
When used for regular foot baths with a temperature of 14-20°C, the temperature of the nasal mucosa in adverse conditions remains stable, and thus colds are no longer observed.

This is because the treatments for the body's resistance contribute to the normalization of body temperature in adverse conditions and colds occurrences gradually decrease or simply disappear.

Barefoot walking not only strengthens the body but also has a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system and in many internal organs. These walks provide a massage to active points on the feet that are responsible for the functioning of various organs: heart, eyes, stomach, kidney, brain, etc. It is a kind of point foot massage, produced naturally.

It's incredibly useful to walk through wet grass, so both naturopaths and traditional doctors advise barefoot walking in the morning and evening when the dew falls on the grass.

It is important that feet after walking barefoot are properly dried, otherwise, this procedure will not be useful and will contribute to the body hypothermia and cold.

It is still more beneficial to walk barefoot on wet rocks or sand in the summer. In this case, you will receive a full session of a point massage. This excellent opportunity should not be missed if you choose the beach to rest.

According to the degree of your preparation and health status, walking on wet grass, gravel or sand can last from three minutes to half an hour.

Do not despair if you have to stay all summer in the city, "beach" procedures to your feet can be done at home. For this it is sufficient to set river pebbles in a plastic or metal bowl with a flat bottom, pour cold water on the stones - and this "device" will be ready to relax you. The duration of treatment is from 1 minute to half an hour. In addition, you will have many advantages: you can practice walking on wet stones throughout the year.

Besides sand and stones, walking in the water is very useful. This procedure not only stimulates the feet but also the whole body, activating blood circulation, improving the functioning of the bladder, kidney, stomach and other organs. Walking through water will relieve headaches, make breathing easier and improve your sleep. This procedure can be done not only by the sea, on the river banks and also a specially equipped pool or an artificial stream.

The water level in the pool or in the flow may vary from the ankles to the knees height.
At first, the duration of "tours" should be 1 minute. Then the time can be increased up to 5-6 minutes.

The water temperature should be reduced in a gradual manner, and in winter you can add some ice.

After each session it is recommended to rub both feet and ankles with a rough towel and run a simple massage to the calf leg muscles, using the classic methods of stroking, kneading and rubbing.

The massage should last 5-10 minutes.

To complete the method, the best option is an outdoor walk until your feet begin to warm up.
